Fluke 5720A Calibrator with 5725A Amplifier

$56,790.00Price
  • Enhancements to 5700A/5720A ac voltage output capability provided by the 5725A:

The 5725A Amplifier enhances the 5700A Series Multifunction Calibrators in the ac voltage, ac current, and dc current functions. The 5725A operates under complete control of the 5700A Series calibrators through an interface cable supplied with the 5725A. The voltage output from the 5725A is available at the 5700A Series Calibrators' front or rear binding posts. This eliminates the need to move cables during a procedure that requires amplified as well as standard calibrator outputs.

The 5725A front or rear panel OUTPUT binding posts are only for current output. Extended-range ac and dc current is supplied through them. Since most meters with a high current range use a separate high current input terminal, this configuration normally eliminates the need to move cables during a procedure. If a single-point current output is needed, the 5700A Series Calibrator can be configured to source all current outputs through the 5725A binding posts.

Model 5725A operating functions and ranges:

    • AC voltage: 220 V to 1100 V rms up to 70 mA (50 mA < 5 kHz), 40 Hz to 30 kHz; 220 to 750V rms up to 70 mA, 30 kHz to 100 kHz
    • DC current: 0 A to ±11 A
    • AC current: 1 A to 11 A rms, 40 Hz to 10 kHz
  • The 5720A calibrator sets the highest standards for accuracy and performance

Growing global trade is causing manufacturers to pay close attention to controlling, improving, and measuring quality in all processes from design through manufacturing. While this is good for product quality, it also increases your calibration workload.

High performance plus a choice of confidence levels

Since 1988, the Fluke 5700A has set the standard for multi-function calibrator performance. The Fluke 5700A Series II and 5720A set even higher standards, calibrating your high performance workload up to 8 1/2 digit system DMMs. Both models now state specifications to the standard Fluke 99% confidence level as well as the 95% confidence level to support easy measurement comparisons according to international quality standards including ISO 9000 and ISO guide 25. All specifications are absolute and include the uncertainty of the calibration standards used. No additional analysis is required. Relative specifications are also available.

    Dramatically improved performance specifications

The new high performance 5720A offers an unprecedented accuracy level that delivers the lowest uncertainties available. It calibrates more of your preision meter workload, more easily and cost effectively than ever before.

    Intuitive easy-to-use design

The 5700A Series II and the 5720A are remarkable easy to use. All readouts appear in plain language rather than in cryptic error codes. Just enter values on the numeric keypad and press the ENTER key.

    Multifunction Calibrator

The 5720A calibrator raises the performance of the world standard 5700A to the next level. The 5720A covers the most demanding workload, covering DMMs up to 8 1/2 digits and delivering the highest level of performance of any calibrator on the market. It states specifications to both 99% and 95% confidence levels and incldues powerful internal features, such as Artifact Calibration and Cal Check, to simplify support and dramatically reduce your cost of ownership.
