IOLITE DAQ devices use RJ45 connectors which allow easy connection of modules and reduce cost by using standard low-cost Ethernet/EtherCAT cables.
 
Distributable Down to Single Channel
IOLITE devices come in single and multi-channel versions. Devices can be daisy-chained together with a single cost-effective Ethernet/EtherCAT cable with RJ45 connectors. Devices can span up to 100m apart. 
 
This makes IOLITE perfect for distributed measurements where you can place data acquisition close to the source of your measurement - sensors.

IOLITE® Modular Amplifier Modules
See the selection of single- and multi-channel IOLITE modular amplifier devices. Both, single- and multi-channel devices can be used together in the same measurement chain interconnected with an Ethernet CAT6 cable. The maximum cable length from node to node is 100 meters.
 
Single-channel amplifier modules
IOLITE modular single-channel devices offer a 24-bit ADC with a sampling rate of 40 kS/s. The devices are very small and can be installed and mounted in tight locations. The chassis has an IP20 rating.
 
Multi-channel amplifier modules
Multi-channel modules use 24-bit ADC with a 20 kS/s sampling rate per channel. Modules can be mounted on a standard DIN rail mount. Modules require an external 9 - 48 V DC power supply which can be daisy chained from module to module.
 
Industrial DIN Rail Mounting
IOLITE multi-channel modules are compatible and can be mounted on a standard industrial DIN rail. This makes them perfect for mounting in industrial cabinets, similar to PLCs and similar devices. IOLITE multi-chassis offers an easy clip-in mechanism for mounting to all standard industrial DIN rail mounts.
 
IOLITE single-channel modules are small and can be placed next to your measurement points. They offer screw holes for easy mounting with screws or any other method.
 
IOLITE 3x-MEMS Integrated Low-Noise Triaxial Accelerometer
IOLITEi 3x-MEMS are dedicated devices for structural and vibration monitoring applications. They feature an integrated low-noise triaxial MEMS accelerometer.
 
With only 25 µg/√Hz spectral noise density and 100 µg, residual noise at 50 Hz bandwidth the devices are a cost-effective solution for seismic measurements.
 
Devices are a perfect fit for structural health monitoring and ideal for permanent condition monitoring on big structures such as bridges, buildings, antennas, and stadiums.
 
Even though the devices measure acceleration, they can also be used to precisely measure displacement by integrating the acceleration twice and applying appropriate filtering. The task is straightforward with DewesoftX data acquisition software and only requires you to check the displacement measurement option.
 
Special "INC" versions are available that can also measure static inclination.
 
IOLITE 2xASI Machine Condition Monitoring Device
The IOLITE 2xASI is a data acquisition device with two analog sensor interface channels and one tacho sensor connection specifically designed to work with our ASI-1xVIB-50g probes.
It is specifically designed and dedicated to the machine condition monitoring of motors, pumps, breaks, gearboxes, and similar machines. 
Both items are purchased separately:
 
IOLITE-2xASI: data acquisition device with 2 analog input channels (with 40 kS/s sampling speed per channel) for interfacing 2 Dewesoft ASI-1xVIB-50g vibration probes and 1 digital input channel for connecting an RPM sensor (tacho).
ASI-1xVIB-50g: a 1-axis high bandwidth (10 kHz) and low noise vibration sensor probe which also includes a temperature sensor and 3-axial low-speed accelerometer for orientation identification.
